Your furniture surfaces require special care to look at their sleek and beautiful appearance. Here are a few dos and don’ts for maintaining that shine.

• Protect all wood furniture from direct sunlight. Exposure to the sun's rays can dry out the wood and bleach out the colour, so both extremely moist and extremely dry air should be avoided. Depending on the climate.

• Dust frequently with a clean, soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Clean the surface by rubbing in the direction of the grain. Avoid placing furniture directly under windows.

• Frequently rearrange the accessories on furniture so we can avoid the same sitting spots. Use a protective pad when using hot items or sharp utensils on the furniture surface
• Do not use acid or any other harmful liquids to clean the surface.

• If you have removable back cushions (or put extra cushions on your sofa), do reverse them periodically and fluff them up while arranging so that the cushion stays even

• Be careful with the glass parts that may be present in the product.
• Restrain from making scratches on the glass surface.

• Avoid chemical and alcohol contact as it may harm the natural finish and durability of the product.
• Ensure that the product does not have any exposure to moisture and water.
• In ornate or carved detailing, use a soft bristle brush to clean every side and corner of the product gently.
• Inorder to maintain the quality of the product, make sure you do not use harsh materials on the surface.
• Wipe the dirt and dust using a dry cotton cloth without scrubbing.

• Keep sharp objects away from your furniture. A little tear on the fabric cover may be hard to repair.
• Do not keep warm or cold items directly on a furniture surface; instead, use a hot pad or coasters.
• In case of a spill on the furniture, never try to wipe it as it will spread the spill and hamper the polish, instead just blot the spill
• Vacuum your sofas periodically with a soft-bristled brush attachment or lightly brush them to keep general dirt and dust off the sofa and prevent any embedding between the fibres.

You can return any unmodified item within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery.

If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition. In the case of minor damage (like chip-off/scratch/peel-off, torn stitches on upholstery or carpets) customers can choose not to return the item and instead request a carpenter service from Hokybo.com to fix the damage.

If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the product’s intended use (e.g. imbalance, wooden joints opening, etc). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) are not defects.

If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing.

If the product delivered to you is incorrect or you are unsatisfied with the product.

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the purchase for free.
