Our primary purposes in collecting information from You are to allow You to use the Website and various features and services offered by the Company on or in relation to the Website; contact you for any services provided by the Company or its affiliates or its various service providers or Company business partners and advertisers; to record Your information and details as permitted and required under applicable laws, statutory direction or judiciary orders; to serve various promotional materials and advertising materials to you, and such other uses as provided in the User Agreement and this Privacy Policy. Shipping & Delivery Policy


Statement

 

  • Hokybo will deliver the ordered product on said time otherwise we will waive shipping and delivery charges.


 

Terms and conditions


  •  If the delay in delivery was due to any social reasons like an ongoing strike or due to any natural or health calamities etc. this will not be applicable.
  • Hokybo offers three delivery options; an express delivery option, a normal delivery option and, a scheduled delivery option.

 

Express delivery


  • Express delivery will only be available for in-stock products

  • With the express delivery option, hokybo will deliver the product within 3 days or less. 


Normal Delivery


  • With the normal delivery option, If the ordered product is in stock we will start shipment of the product minimum within 3 days and a maximum of 7 days. We will deliver the product within minimum 7 days and within a maximum of 10 days

  •  If the ordered product is out of stock, the delivery time will be based on the type and brand of the product - 


  •  TIP TOP products will take approximately 45 days to deliver
  • Applecart products will take approximately 30 days to deliver
  • Products from Modiz will take approximately up to 20 days to deliver
  • Mozart products will take approximately 20 days to deliver
  • Products from Urban Class will take almost 15 days to deliver


  • The customer should make full payment when the order is in or before the arrived at the store stage.

  • Delivery after shipping typically takes 2 to 3 days though it may vary upon the delivery location and other factors. 

  • We are not responsible for the product unloading cost and/or other risks that may or may not occur during the process of unloading.

  • If the customer has made changes or modifications on the delivery date then the customer will not be able to change it back.


Scheduled Delivery


  • With the Scheduled delivery option, Hokybo will deliver the product/products in more than 10 days. 

Return Policy

Statement

  • Hokybo will accept returns of any non-customized product within 24 hours of delivery. 

Return Process 

Returns can only be initiated on the website, any other method is simply not acceptable.

 

We offer two return options for all products

 

  1. Returns at the time of delivery on the delivery spot.

  2. Returns within 24 hours of delivery

 

With the first option, initiate the return process online and get a unique return ID, then fill up the return form with the unique return ID manually from Hokybo’s delivery executive and complete the return process. Do not open the package of the product otherwise, the customer will not be able to choose this option.

 

Hokybo will take the product then and there or otherwise within 10 days depending on the situation and other procedures.

 

With the second option, initiate the return process online and get a unique return ID, and our executives will connect with you to help initiate the return process within 48 hours.

Once the return claim is accepted, If the customer is eligible for a refund, the refund amount will get credited to the customer’s wallet from which the customer can purchase another product from Hokybo or request to transfer the refund amount to their bank account within the next 48 hours. We will refund the full payment after deducting charges if any.

After the refund confirmation, depending on the mode of payment the customer used, it usually takes almost up to 10 working days to credit the amount to the customer’s account.

 

  

Follow the steps below to initiate returns:

 

 

 

Step 1: Initiate a Return Request

 

First, initiate the return request online -

 

•Log in to your account 

•Go to my orders

•Click on RETURN and get a unique return ID for the item you wish to return

•Select the reason for returning and upload supporting photographs before hitting Submit.

 

Step 2: Return Confirmation

 

Our representative will confirm the date and place of pick up within 48 hours.

 

Step 3: Pick Up

 

Normally Hokybo will pick up the product within 10 days after return confirmation. In most cases, Hokybo will make arrangements for a pickup but in some cases, however, the customer has to make arrangements to deliver the product to us.

 

 


Terms & conditions

 

We will only take returns on certain conditions :

 

In circumstances where the customer considers that a product is defective, promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect.

For damaged products, incomplete products, and products with manufacturing defects there will not be any return charges.

For unsatisfied products - pickup cost, Transportation cost, and an operational fee will be charged from the customer depending on the returned product. If the product with which the customer is unsatisfied is a customized product then we will not be able to take it back.


Returns are only accepted as per the reasons and terms listed below.

 

  • Damaged Product

  • Manufacturing Defect

  • Incomplete Product

  • Unsatisfied Product

The first return option is only applicable for package damages and short of packages. In that case, don’t remove the packing.

Pick up of the product at the same time may be possible with the first option, in that case, follow the same terms as the second option.

The refund will get credited to the Hokybo wallet as default after the product gets picked up.

If the product has not met any of our terms for a return, then there will be no return option for said product.

We will help troubleshoot any issues the customer may have before initiating returns, either online, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Statement 


  • Any order can be canceled if the ordered product has not been customized by the customer and if the order is not in the "Out for delivery" stage.


Terms and conditions


Cancellation fees may vary according to these terms below:

If the product is not in stock:

  • Free cancellation is only available within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • If the ordered product has been packed at the time of cancellation then 2% of the whole amount will be deducted.
  • If the ordered product is in the shipping stage at the time of cancellation  5% of the whole amount will be deducted.
  • If the product had been already reached the store at the time of cancellation, 8% of the whole amount will be deducted


If the product is in stock at the store:

  • Free cancellation is only available within 24 hours of order confirmation
  • Up until the packed stage, 2% of the whole amount will be deducted.
  • If the order status of the product is before out for delivery then 4% of the total amount will be deducted.

The option for cancellation will only be available till the product has arrived at the store.

After the product reaches the out for delivery stage the customer will have to choose a return option instead.

All cancellations should be initiated through our website to be accepted.

Warranty policy

Statement


  • Upon your acceptance of terms and conditions as set out under this policy (“Warranty Policy”), we provide this warranty to you that the Products will be free from manufacturing defects and defects in design and workmanship (“Warranty”).

  • Hokybo alone will assure and cover the warranty of all products sold through our website.
  • Hokybo covers a warranty for certain materials and conditions only.
  • The warranty can only be claimed by the same customer who bought the product and at the same delivery spot where the product was delivered by our delivery executive.
  • The types of materials and conditions covered by Hokybo’s warranty include - Solid wood, Fabrics, Form, Polish fading, manufacturing defects, etc.
  • The types of materials and conditions not covered by Hokybo’s warranty include - Glass items, ironmongeries, damages from exposure to direct sunlight, etc, 
  • Hokybo’s warranty duration is based on the brand of the product.

Hokybo does not cover damages from the customer like exposure to direct sunlight, wear and tear, etc.


To register for a warranty the customer will have to apply online or call Hokybo’s registered phone number with warranty details. Only then will the warranty be accepted.




Go to the “My Account” section and claim the warranty, if available.


Exchange POLICY

Statement


  • We extremely value all Hokybo products, even used ones.


Terms and conditions


  • The exchange option is only available for selected products.
  • Exchange value is based on what was bought and what needs to be exchanged.
  • Exchange products must be good to use and in good condition.
  • The company decides whether your product is suitable for exchange or not 
  • In some cases, the customer can pick up the new product while delivering the old product free of cost.
  • In some cases, however, the customer will have to bring the exchange furniture to our nearest store and take over the expenses for bringing the product to us.
  • Hokybo will have all the rights regarding the product after we pick up the old product. 
  • Exchange schemes may vary from time to time.
  • Exchange value adjusts only on the new purchases.
  • There will be no refund for the exchange scheme in any case after delivery.
  • The exchange option may not come with other offers


How to initiate exchanges


  • Choose a product with an exchange option from Hokybo’s website

  • Upload details of the old product that needs to be exchanged


    Terms


  • The exchange will be confirmed within 48 hours of order placement at most.
  • The rest of the process is done with the help and instructions of the customers nearest store person.
  • The exchange process will be complete on the allotted delivery date.


Buy Back POLICY

Statement


  • We at Hokybo are committed to what we offer


Terms


  • Hokybo’s buyback scheme depends on the brand, value, and period.
  • Our buyback deals for different brands are as follows:

TIP TOP export quality - Customers can avail 100% buyback up to 15 years after the purchase of TIP TOP export quality products. Hokybo will buy back the used TIP TOP export quality products at 100% exchange value. Only TIP TOP export quality products will be bought back with this offer. 


Apple Cart - The customers can avail 60% buyback within 4 years after the purchase of AppleCart products. Hokybo will buy back the used AppleCart products at 60% exchange value or 30% for cash.


Conditions


  • Buyback offers can only be claimed with a buyback card.
  • The customer is responsible for the transportation of the buyback products to the nearest store.
  • The products claimed for buyback should not be in a broken/total-loss condition. The glass materials and the fabric used in the product should be intact.
  • If the buyback product is in a broken condition, the customer can avail only 30% to 50% of the purchase value according to our concerned staff.
  • It is mandatory that the customers should bring the buyback card to the showroom of exchange to avail the buyback offer.


Refund Policy

Statement


  • The customer can claim a refund for a product if the customer is eligible for a refund according to our refund terms and conditions.


Terms and conditions 

  • Hokybo will refund the full payment after deducting charges if applicable.

  • All refund processes will be completed within 48 hours of the refund request.

  • The refund will  be credited to the customer's account after refund confirmation from Hokybo

  • The exact date of refund may be varied depending on the mode of payment used by the customer approximately by 10 days.

  • Post receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 2-3 days


Payment policy

  • We are transparent in every way possible.

 All transactions made through our website are secure and recorded for safety purposes.


We have two modes of payment; store payment and online payment.


Store pay -


Store payment mode comes with two choices for our customers one is partial payment and the other is full payment


Full payment - The customer must pay the full amount on or before 48 hours after ordering a product at the selected store to confirm your order.


Partial payment - With the partial payment option, the payment should not be below 50% of the total amount of the product; the rest of the amount should be paid in full when the order is in or before the arrived at the store stage.


With the store pay option, the customer must collect and keep a sealed receipt of payment from the store after the purchase for future references.


The date of delivery may vary depending on the date of payment that is the customer making payment on a later date can expect a later delivery.


Online pay -


Hokybo offers various modes of payment as we understand your needs. These are the payment options currently available - Internet Banking, Visa, Master, Credit Cards. Debit Cards issued by all leading banks in India. Cash on delivery (Cash/Card) EMI etc.


Online payment also has full payment and partial payment modes.


The customer can also choose both store pay and online pay for payments on a single product if need be. 

There will only be an online confirmation of payment with an online pay option

We will only be responsible for payments made through our website.

Assembling Policy

Statement


  • Our installation staff will assemble the products within 48 hours of delivery. 


Terms and conditions


  • Assembling is available only for products that the company says need assembling.
  • All assembling work is chargeable by Hokybo.
  • The cost for assembling depends on the product and distance to the customers home/office.
  • Installation costs will be waived based on schemes and offer available on the product that needs installation.
  • The assembling will only be at the delivery spot. and expect the product on the same pin code.
  • Select or deselect the items at the time of the order.
  • The customer should make the site arrangement on assemblers' time.
  • The customer should provide ample space to assemble the products.


Modification Policy

Statement


  • Hokybo will only allow modifications on delivery dates


Terms and conditions


  • The customer can modify the delivery date to any date before the shipment of the product.

  • The customer has to make full payment on the order first, only then will the customer be able to alter the delivery date to a more convenient date.

  • After the product has been shipped, the customer can only extend the delivery date up to seven days from the original delivery date without any additional charges

  • The customer can extend the delivery date for more than seven days maximum up to thirty days with a minimal cost of 100 rupees per day for big products and 50 rupees per day for small products.

  • The customer can only extend the delivery date once at a time after a successful delivery date modification.

SMALL - Chairs, Coffee tables, Small decor items, Side shelves, etc.



HSC Policies

Statement

  • Hokybo Sales Club from Home Key Ventures Pvt Ltd. is a direct sales and marketing group with numerous DSAs & DSPs as its members all over Kerala. A Direct Sales Agent or DSA is an HSC member who has the right to directly sell and reach Hokybo products & services to the public. A Direct Sales Point or DSP is an authorized point for the customers to connect with Hokybo. Both HSC members are vetted and highly trained in the field of sales and customer service.


HSC general policies -

  • The customers who buy Hokybo products and services through HSC will get more offers and discounts than they get from buying through any other Hokybo channel. 

  • From 01/08/21 onwards, there is a 2% off on all furniture, decor and interior designing services when buying from HSC members. 

  • The customer will only get the additional discounts and offers offered by Hokybo if the customer uses the coupon code provided by the DSA on the website.

  • The customer can contact our administrators in the respective districts in case of any kind of dispute with an HSC member by visiting - https://www.hokybosalesclub.com/about-us 


DSA policies -


  • HSC will only appoint vetted and trained individuals as DSAs

  • There can be more than one DSAs in a district although they can sell products without any area restrictions.

  • A DSA only has the right to sell products and services available on the Hokybo website.

  • A Hokybo DSA has no right to take, carry or receive any product during the time of delivery/return.

  • HSC has not authorized a DSA to receive any cash or digital payments or be involved in any kind of financial dealing with the customer.

  • A DSA customer or DSA must prebook store visits at Hokybo square through the club platform. 

  • DSAs only have the right to take orders from the customer by using the website or directly from the customer.

  • A DSA is a promoter of the social activities conducted by HSC in their local body.

  • The customer doesn’t have to pay any extra charges, commission or tips to a DSA for Hokybo products/services other than the amount shown on the website.



DSP policies -


  • A DSP is an authorized point at which the customer can contact and communicate about every product and service of Hokybo.

  • A DSP has no right to sell products directly to the customer, but if a DSP also has a DSA membership then a DSP can sell products directly.

  • HSC will only appoint vetted and trained individuals as DSPs

  • DSPs has the right to receive payments for products and services from the customer if the payment was initiated online by the customer. DSPs will provide an online/offline receipt to the customer after the transaction.

  • A DSP has no right to take, carry or receive any product during the time of delivery/return without the confirmation of Hokybo to both DSP and the customer.  

  • There will only be a single DSP membership within a local body.

  • A DSP will be the coordinator of social activities conducted by HSC in a local body.

  • The customer doesn’t have to pay any extra charges, commission or tips to a DSP for Hokybo products or services other than the amount shown on the website.
